In this study, twin self-excited oscillatory jets have been evaluated as a devices that have the ability to create oscillatory flow without the external factors. In this regard, the effects of heat flux and inlet flow velocity on the oscillation frequency and flow deflection angle along with the thermal performance have been studied by using the finite volume numerical method and the OpenFoam code. In the present study, the nozzle spacing is constant and the impinging heat flux to the end wall and inlet flow velocity are q= 0-5000-10000 W/m2, and U0=4-8 m/s respectively. The numerical results indicate that by increasing the impinging heat flux on the end wall of the chamber, the oscillation frequency increases quasi-linearly. In addition, at a constant heat flux, by growing the inlet flow velocity, the oscillation frequency and deflection angle increase. On the other hand, the average Nusselt number on the impinging wall increases by increasing the inlet flow velocity and decreasing the heat flux.
